Gretchen

Gretchen started her career 8 years ago in the fitness science industry, by teaching water aerobic and water conditioning classes at the Warrenton Aquatic and Recreational Facility (WARF). Shortly after that she expanded her regimen to include spin, cardio, strength, and kettlebell classes. When the WARF, shut down for the pandemic, she switched to working with individual clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Recently, she has partnered with the Center for Health Integration. Gretchen believes in the importance of maintaining a healthy body and meeting people where they are and building them up. She spent many years as a stay-at-home mom before entering the fitness industry. Gretchen and her husband are parents of three children. Their family enjoys many outdoor activities including running, bicycling, swimming, and other sports. She has enjoyed participating in several races including, half marathons, marathons, duathlons, and a half iron distance triathlon.
